Click here to read more. Job Duties: Assist with the preparation and processing of valuations for a variety of assets. Ensure all valuation documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations. Collaborate with team members to review and analyse valuation reports. Support the implementation of valuation policies and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Handle queries related to valuations and provide timely and accurate responses. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in valuation standards. Job Requirements: Previous experience in a valuations or similar administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry. Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and regulatory requirements. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks and cover for colleagues as needed.
