Our client, a dynamic locally run bank, is seeking a Customer Operations Representative to join their team in Guernsey. This full-time, permanent role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service via telephone, email, and in-person interactions. As a key point of contact, you will provide efficient, professional, and friendly support to customers, ensuring a high standard of service in line with company values. Click here to read more Job Duties: Provide first-class customer service in all interactions. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers. Offer accurate and relevant information when answering phone calls. Cover reception duties and associated tasks when required. Respond to customer enquiries received via the Info Line within company service standards. Handle daily work lists efficiently, adhering to company service standards. Provide support for the organisation's online services. Maintain adherence to CPD requirements as per qualification level and in-house procedures. Uphold the companys core values and expected behaviours. Perform additional duties as requested by management. Job Requirements: GCSEs (A-C) in Maths and English or equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in customer service, including handling dissatisfaction. Familiarity with learning new products and services. Knowledge of banking products, services, and dealing with vulnerable clients. The right to work in Guernsey.
