This is a great opportunity for a Technical Support Business Analyst to join a regulated marketplace on a 6 month contract.
The role holder will be responsible for:
Providing technical assistance to investigate issues raised by internal and external users of Online Services and the CRM systems.
Identifying supervisory requirements for Online Services functionality.
Co-ordinating and undertaking user acceptance testing for Online Services as required, identifying test cases, developing test plans and test outcomes.
Identifying opportunities for the general development of the Online Services offerings both from an internal and external user perspective.
