Do you have an engineering qualification and experience in the energy industry? A growing commercial business is seeking a Network Controller to join their team. Key responsibilities include:Ensuring safe control of operationsUndertaking conflict management of procedures that can affect network safetyEnsuring contingency plans are suitableMaintaining registers of personnel and validating the competency of staffEnsuring accurate records are kept of operationsSupporting the asset team by evaluating opportunities to accelerate risk reduction strategies, growth and rationalisationUndertaking modelling of proposed changes to the networkEnsuring a wide range of records are keptManaging a small team of staff Ideally, you will be a chartered or incorporated engineer, or have a degree in engineering, along with 5 years experience in the gas industry. In addition, experience in operations or asset management is essential, and understanding UK Gas safety management regulations.
