A great opportunity with a well respected financial services business that delivers administration and compliance services for funds, corporate, capital markets and private clients. The role entails having primary client responsibility for a portfolio of ultra-high net worth individuals and families, supported by a team of trust officers and client accountants, liaising with advisers as necessary. The role holder will have experience of complex contentious and non-contentious trust matters with a solid understanding of investment matters and trustee risk. The role will also have a marketing and business development element. The role holder will maintain and develop relationships with introducers of work and have a shared responsibility for growing the firms client base. We are looking for a qualified solicitor OR ICSA OR ACCA with at least 10 years PQE. Knowledge of family law matters such as they affect trusts and strong corporate governance experience as well as a demonstrable ability to operate at board level.
