AP Personnel provides temporary, contract and permanent staff recruitment services to a wide range of Guernsey clients who specialise in the finance and commercial industry sectors.
Due to increased business we are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our Guernsey team. You will be providing professional recruitment services to our clients in Guernsey and be responsible for servicing and developing a portfolio of new and existing clients. We cater for jobs in trust and family office, banking, wealth and asset management, accountancy, funds and investments, compliance, insurance, e-commerce and many more.
Having a current knowledge of the Guernsey financial services or commercial industries will be valuable. You will be able to work autonomously, proactively and be target-orientated, either from home or from our town office.
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but training and a full induction will be available. The role is sales driven so applicants must have the desire and be self-motivated to reach regular financial and non-financial targets. A competitive salary and uncapped commission scheme are being offered.
