A leading provider of wealth solutions is seeking an IT Senior Service Desk Administrator to support the team and the business, and assist with service desk queries. You will be required to process access requests, perform routine inspections, and training of junior team members.
Essential Key criteria:Ideally 3 years minimum experience within the finance industry and or a Certificate or Diploma in a related fieldExcellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to support the on-call rota and occasional weekends
Desirable Key criteria:Experience with usingCitrix, Azure, Mitel, and Service desk platformsUnderstanding IT processes and standards
