Guernsey’s interest in the WDF Darts World Cup ended yesterday.
In the men’s team group stage, Guernsey faced France and then Germany.
They fell to a 2-9 loss against the French, with Chris Hamon and Keiran Queripel picking up points.
And then in a livestreamed clash with Germany, they again lost 2-9.
In the Ladies pairs, Tracy Ingrouille and Yvonne Le Gallic lost 0-4 in a preliminary round match against Candian’s Joanne Walsh and Stefenie Smith.
Caroline La Touche and Debbie Hamon drew a bye in the prelims and played Germans, Irina and Annegret Willkomm in the Round of 64.
They also lost 0-4.
Guernsey men: Lee Savident, Chris Hamon, Kyle Hutchinson and Keiran Queripel will be toeing the oche in the Men's events.
Guernsey ladies: Caroline La Touche, Debbie Hamon, Yvonne Le Gallic and Tracy Ingrouille.
