With celebrations for this year's Channel Islands Pride just one week away, Liberate is planning a party to remember, with entertainment for all the family.
Starting in Candie Gardens at 14:00, the Pride Parade will make its way through St Peter Port, arriving in Market Square, which will host a family area for the day.

There'll be lots of activities for children and young people, including a drag queen story hour, crafting with Iris & Dora and graffiti t-shirt making with the Youth Commission. All of the events will be free, but donation buckets will be dotted around for anyone who feels able to contribute.
Pete Turner of HSBC, which is sponsoring the Market Square activities, said: "We're proud to be involved in Channel Islands Pride again this year and are looking forward to celebrating with Channel Islanders and colleagues."
It is thought the Channel Islands' celebrations could be the only Pride event in the British Isles to go ahead this year.
