Our client within the Banking sector is looking to hire a SeniorIT Administrator to take ownership of the delivery of the technical service desk function and for the delivery of technology operating processes.

Your key responsibilities include processing and coordination of timely responses to Service Management incidents and requests, and the provision of timely status updates. You will ensure the resolution (both reactive and proactive) of problems that include the classification, prioritisation and initiation of action, and implementation of remedies to prevent future incidents/reoccurrence.
