The role holder will be responsible:
Reviewing client trust and company files
Completion of File Review Check List
Check paperwork has been scanned and filed correctly i.e., Minutes, Loan Agreements, Share Certificates
Check broker statements have been recorded on the File Review Register and that they are then scanned and filed
Ensure Letter of Wishes is up to date
Check Management Fees have been paid
