This is a great opportunity to join an online trading group.   As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will ensure regulatory and statutory compliance for the company in all its areas of operations. You will develop and implement company policies and test internal controls. By identifying and mitigating risks, you will flag areas of improvement and protect our interests.   Your challenges Work with the Head of Compliance in Guernsey to ensure the Group complies with applicable laws and regulations. Determine potential compliance risks, create and implement corrective plans, and provide guidelines on how to prevent or resolve similar situations in the future. Plan and direct internal programmes and policies to empower all departments with the knowledge, awareness, and practices of regulatory compliance. Screen and approve website content and marketing promotions.
