Grade: Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale - £30,249 - £43,435 / £45,872 - £48,791 plus a SEN allowance of £3,154 per annum plus a Management Allowance Level 1 £2,916.

Les Voies School is a specialist educational provision for students with significant social, emotional and mental health difficulties and we require an innovative and dynamic teacher with experience of successfully enabling children and young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties to fulfil their potential from 20th April 2020.
The successful candidate will have the ability to build excellent relationships with school staff, parents and professionals from other agencies, have high expectations of students, and have resilience in managing the significant demands of working within an SEMH context.
