We have a great opportunity for a Regulatory Compliance Manager, working for a leading provider of Wealth and Corporate Solutions.   Responsibilities in this role include: Contribute to the effective management and mitigation of regulatory compliance risk through the use of company compliance risk methodologies, compliance monitoring findings, and jurisdictional regulatory risk initiatives etc, including on a forward looking basis; Act as main point of reference for regulatory compliance advice and guidance queries emanating from the Regional Compliance Officers and all other parts of the business; Act as subject matter expert and point of reference in relation to: The cross-border distribution risks of Utmost products; The foreign regulatory licensing of Introducers; Conduct of Business risk and Treating Customers Fairly issues; Compliance with all applicable Data Protection Laws; International tax information exchange issues (FATCA & CRS).   More information about the role is available upon request contact the team today for further details.
