Full Description

Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team to provide general legal advice to the busines including, but not limited to, drafting necessary correspondence, and reviewing documents, letters, reports, contracts and other agreements and the undertaking of disclosure. The role holder will also assist with respect to the introduction, or amendment, of legislation, rules, policy, and procedures relevant to the work undertaken by the business. Applicants must be a qualified as a practicing Guernsey Advocate and have experience with litigation in the Bailiwick of Guernsey and have 5 years PQE experience.
