A Large Financial Services firm are looking for a Learning and Development Administrator. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administration support to the Learning & Development Team. The successful candidate will maintain calendars for all internal training including sending out joining instructions and feedback forms as well as supporting the operational running of large in person and virtual training events. The ideal candidate will have:Excellent attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlinesResilience and the ability to work under pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong IT & tech skills, and a keenness to learn and develop new skillsA Graduate degree ideally within or related to Human Resources and or CIPD qualified
