Alexander Daniels Offshore is working with a business based in Guernsey to recruit an Group Policies & Procedures / Operations – Assistant Manager.   Responsibilities:   Assist with developing and documenting procedures for the company Assist with the promotion and implementation of departmental processes and procedures affecting operations thereon Assist with the communication of change and provide support with its implementation Liaise with other departments in relation to operational matters affecting Client Relationship matters Assist with monitoring and reviewing oversight data and addressing issues as necessary Assist with the implementation of ad hoc department projects from time to time Provide daily support with the management of all areas of the trust department and to suggest change as required Assist with measures which may be required to reduce errors being made within the department Assist with supporting junior staff with queries/problems and training Provide ad-hoc assistance to the Operations Director and the Group Procedures & Oversight Senior Manager, as required   Skills and Experience:   Minimum 5 years trust and company experience Relevant Professional Qualification Previous experience of managing own portfolio of clients   Personal Attributes:   Good team player   Key Details   Category | Trust Level | Mid / Senior Type |Permanent Ref Number | AD-GSY-3112
