A financial services business is looking to recruit a graduate to join their graduate training program. The role will be varied and cover accounting, project management and data privacy consultancy as well as training coordination.
The role holder will be required to carry out various tasks including, but not limited to:Assisting the team with the preparation of client reports and other deliverablesConducting work on site at our clients and reporting back to the lead consultantAssisting with the creation of well written work proposals and reports in line with our template and branding requirementsAssisting with bookkeeping, accounting analysis and other financial tasksPro-actively manage the training bookings for the team.Assisting with the preparation of training materials, including printing course notes, creation, and delivery of CPD certificates and ensuring feedback forms are completed and collatedGeneral team administration
Experience and skills required:Educated to A level (BBB equivalent) and degree level qualificationExperience of the office environment is desirable but not a pre-requisiteGood organisation and communication skillsStrong analytical skills and the desire to continuously learn and improve skillsComfortable working in a team, with good social skills but able to work alone as requiredStrong English literacy and grammatical skillsExcel, PowerPoint and word skills
