A commercial enterprise is seeking a proactive and client focused individual, with a customer services background, for a permanent full time role. Responsibilities will include collecting and correctly inputing all customer data that is required by the business, delivering an effective customer service in a polite and professional fashion in order to retain and develop the existing customer base and also ensuring incoming calls are answered in a timely manner. We would like to see applications from those who can maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers and who work well as part of a team as well as independently. Reduced hours may be considered.
