Full Description

Our client is seeking two detail-oriented and driven KYC Quality Assurance and Risk Evaluators to join their team on a temporary basis until 31st December 2025. This full-time role will focus on performing risk-based quality checks, quality assurance, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls on Know Your Customer (KYC) activities for corporates, trustees, and individual customers. The successful candidates will ensure that due diligence controls are properly implemented, enhanced due diligence measures are followed, and trigger event processing or scheduled review risk assessments are conducted effectively. Click here to read more Job Duties: Perform reviews of individual customers, using documents, information, research, screening, and investigation tools as part of on-boarding, trigger events, and scheduled reviews. Conduct detailed corporate structure reviews and analysis, using relevant research and investigation tools. Determine risk profiles as part of the approval process and ensure compliance with due diligence and enhanced measures requirements. Adhere to AML, due diligence, and fraud controls, referring cases to the MLRO/MLCO when necessary. Perform compliance testing in a timely and accurate manner. Identify amendments and update customer profiles on relevant systems, liaising with the wider operational teams where needed. Escalate data, documentation, or evidence gaps to the appropriate teams. Provide management information on the progress of scheduled reviews. Request or perform initial customer contact to obtain further information or documentation. Store evidence of reviews performed in line with defined procedures. Collaborate with Compliance, Operational, and Regional teams to ensure alignment. Support training for operational teams when required. Job Requirements: Ideally, three years experience within the finance industry, with detailed knowledge of CDD/AML requirements. A certificate or diploma in a relevant subject. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements. Experience in customer quality risk reviews, including corporate structures. Tech-savvy, with experience in Microsoft 365, Adobe, and website management. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management and prioritisation techniques. Ability to work independently with a self-starter attitude. Results-focused and deadline-driven with a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish relationships at all levels and across multiple regions.
