Our client is a private bank and wealth management company seeking to recruit a Cross Unit Relationship Manager. This is a contract role for a period of 6 months initially with a possibility of extension. This is a full-time role and would suit a candidate who can commit to 35 hours per week for an initial 6 month contract.Key responsibilities will include;Assist the Relationship Managers with all aspects of account opening from providing the blank set of documentation to answering any questions with regards to the completion of the documents.Controlling client transactions, including: Payment control and authorisation i.e. independent verification of signatures, check balances and credit warnings, consider due diligence on the transaction, making such further enquiry of the RM as may be required and if necessary, arrange account to be sufficiently covered.Post Transaction Alert Management review alert in CRM and analyse information given by RM against profile held for completeness, making such further enquiry of the RM as may be required.Corporate Actions Forward on Corporate Action information to the relevant RM, answer any queries received from the RM on Corporate Actions.Regular risk / documentation reviews and follow up.Annual review of Hold Mail Clients.Account ClosingAd-Hoc Projects for Bank/DepartmentThe successful candidate will have;5 years banking experience - back and front officeMicrosoft Office i.e. Outlook, Word & Excel, Host, ACT, myCRM, On Demand, Host, OTMS, Market MapBe able to establish and maintain a good working relationship with other departments within Guernsey / RM Locations.For more information, please email: or call: +44 1481 723221.
