Our client is looking to recruit a experienced Company Secretary, to form a part of the small fund services team. The role holder will be responsible for delivery of company secretarial support to investment funds and regulated fund management companies. Key duties:Organise and attend board meetings and take minutesDraft written resolutions and arrange signature and filingCompile board packs using Virtual Board Room softwareMake necessary filings with the Guernsey Company Registry and the GFSCWritten correspondence with clients, custodians, brokers and auditorsCompletion of forms and procedures in support of fund client share registration functionCollection of Director CDD and verification of online GFSC and CIMA portal informationSupport the new business take on team with the take on of new fund businessBuild strong relationships with board members Applicants must be a chartered company secretary or experienced company secretary, have experience and understanding of multiple fund types: open ended, closed ended and Non-Guernsey schemes. They will also have rigorous planning and organisational skills, have an in-depth knowledge of document management systems a strong plus and be an enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
