The Change Communications Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing communication plans to support the transformation of the organization. This role needs to engage and influence the behaviours of key sponsors, SLT and employees throughout the business before, during and after transformation.
Main responsibilities in this role include:
Design and delivery of comms plans to drive change across the organization utilising different channels, formats and tools as required for delivery.
Work collaboratively with change and communications colleagues to ensure communications plans and key messages are aligned.
A key focus on the timing and channels of communication to ensure that appropriate levels of communication are delivered to drive awareness, understanding, action and belief in the changes.
Oversight and direct involvement throughout creation of content using storytelling to educate employees on the progress of transformation initiatives aligned to the business strategy and values.
Focused internal communications programme aimed at engaging and influencing employees impacted by strategic transformation initiatives
