Full Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team within the Operations team at a highly dynamic professional services firm. Responsibilities will include; stakeholder diary / meeting support, travel management, stakeholder meeting management, including preparation, preparation and formatting of documents, client records management, event coordination and ad hoc administration duties as requested. The role will suit an individual looking to start their career and who is prepared to provide support to the Executive Support team and wider group. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, with the passion and ability to upskill yourself. The role requires a high level of self management and personal responsibility coupled with the ability to prioritise, organise and manage tasks and workload. You will have a customer service mindset, good technical skills and the ability to keep up to date with current and emerging technology. Experience with desktop applications (in particular Microsoft Suite (Mail, Sheets, Docs and Slides)) is desirable and a willingness to learn is essential.
