Three Saffery Champness Registered Fiduciaries professionals have been named by ePrivateClient in its 2022 Channel Islands ‘Top 35 Under 35’.

Donna Brehaut, Rory Jones and Karin Brehaut were included in the publication's annual listing, which highlights ‘rising stars’ by identifying the leading young private client practitioners from across the Channel Islands.

Associate Director Donna Brehaut is a private client specialist, with significant experience working with high-net-worth individuals and their families across a range of international jurisdictions. Miss Brehaut provides fiduciary services to clients alongside an expanded focus on business development strategy.

This strategy builds on the firm’s continued international expansion, including its new offering in the Cayman Islands as well as its established presence in Dubai. Miss Brehaut has been featured in the list each year since joining the firm in 2018 and was also ranked in the global ‘Top 35 Under 35’ list in 2021.

Assistant Trust Manager Rory Jones works across a diverse client portfolio, including prominent ultra-high-net-worth individuals, where he manages large structures with multiple entities handling complex transactions.

Since joining the firm 12 years ago, Mr Jones has taken a lead role in developing the firm’s approach to digital assets and crypto currency. This is the second year running that Mr Jones has been ranked in the listing.

Karin Brehaut joined Saffery Champness in 2015, having worked in the fiduciary and finance industry since 2005. Ms Brehaut works with high-net-worth individuals and large corporate entities, specialising in employment, pension schemes, and complex property unit trusts.

As an Assistant Trust Manager, she assists with the administration of offshore structures and the management of the family office team. She is responsible for the handling of ultra-high-net-worth families’ complex special situations and luxury assets, with a focus on art and antiques.

Managing Director, Nick Batiste, commented: “Donna, Rory and Karin’s well-deserved recognition is a reflection of the quality of work and client service they provide and which we pride ourselves on at Saffery Champness.

“I thank them for their efforts and dedication, not least their role in helping drive forward growing areas of our business including digital assets services, art and other non-standard assets, as well as our recently expanded Cayman Islands offering. It’s wonderful to see their hard work being recognised by the industry, and I extend my warmest congratulations to all three of them.”
