Her work in this area saw her working in partnership with advisors to successfully gain a blessing from The Grand Court of the Cayman Islands for a decision to distribute assets of a trust to a small number of the discretionary beneficial class, who were the Sharia heirs of the deceased Settlor.  

Ms Vizia’s expertise was showcased throughout the proceedings, with the Judge commenting that the trustee’s approach has been “textbook”. 

Alongside traditional family office matters, she also has a specialism for establishing and managing structures to hold and administer non-standard assets, including aircraft, art and antiquities.
