There have been 34 promotions at Ocorian's offices across the Channel Islands as part of the company's global round of promotions.

In total, nearly 200 people have been given new roles, said Chantal Free, Chief Executive Officer at Ocorian.

“To be able to promote 178 people at once is a testament to the hard work our colleagues put into being a client centric organisation," she said.

"Our industry is going through fundamental change, and these promotions recognise the effort that our team has made to innovate, change and unlock new value for our clients.”

Ocorian provides services to financial institutions, asset managers, corporates, and high net worth individuals. Ocorian’s Guernsey and Jersey staff are part of a global team and work with colleagues and clients around the world.

Among those promoted in Guernsey are Cilla Torode, who is now Head of Newgate in the Channel Islands, and in Jersey Lauren Hamilton and Adam Riccio have both been made Associate Directors.

The other 31 promotions come across the Corporate Services, Group Risk and Compliance, Private Client, Technology, and Fund Services teams.

Ben Hill, Guernsey Country Head at Ocorian, said the promotions reflect Ocorian’s dedication to providing an environment for its people to grow their careers.

“We are thrilled to promote 14 of our colleagues across our growing office in Guernsey," he said.

"These promotions are testament to the hard work and dedication each has made throughout the year, along with their continued collaboration and commitment to our clients.”
