Sonia Kirk-Hamon has been appointed as the new Head of Booking Centre at Guernsey's local Julius Baer branch.
As Head of Booking Centre, she will lead a team of more than 20 Cross Unit Relationship Managers, overseeing the servicing of clients booked in Guernsey.
Her responsibilities include collaborating with internal Relationship Managers to ensure seamless client experiences, optimising processes through technology integration, and providing oversight of business operations and outsourcing.
“I am honoured to take on the role of Head of Booking Centre," said Ms Kirk-Hamon.
"My focus will be on delivering superior private banking service to our clients and stakeholders by streamlining processes and investing in our team. I am excited to contribute to the growth and success of Julius Baer as we work towards achieving our ambitious targets.”
