Skipton International has been recognised for its "exceptional" levels of customer service for a third year running.

The Channel Island Bank has received a Gold Trusted Service Award for 2019 from independent ratings and review platform Feefo.

The Trusted Service Awards ranked businesses that received reviews with a score of at least 4.5 out of 5 from their customers. Skipton has been granted a Gold Award with a rating of 4.6 for its services.

Managing Director of Skipton International, Jim Coupe, said: "To have collected this award for a third consecutive year is not only a credit to our team, but demonstrates that we have the right consistent approach towards our customers and that it is really valued. As a bank with a strong focus on meeting the needs of our customers, there really is no recognition quite as important as this."
