Plans have been submitted to change the use of 9, The Bridge from general retail into an off-licence and wine tasting bar with views over St Sampson marina.
Both floors of the building would be used to sell wine, with two private seating areas boasting window views for up to 12 people provided to drink.
There would also be a large table for parties of 12 to enjoy wine tasting experiences.
A vintage shop currently occupies the building.
