14 sheets of plywood were stolen from a vinery on the path that runs between Victoria Avenue and St Sampson's High.
The sheets were taken sometime between 12:45 on Wednesday 29 July and 10:00 the following morning.
Anyone who witnessed the theft or has any information about what happened is asked to contact PC 100 Simon.
