The number of advertised job vacancies continues to outstrip the number of people looking for work in Guernsey.
The latest data shows there was a slight increase in the number of jobseekers without work in September - at 291, up eight from August.
During the same month, the island's Job Centre had 297 jobs advertised.
That included roles across dentistry, hospitality, healthcare, and logistics.
On top of those jobs advertised, the civil service is recruiting into 117 roles including police officers, teachers, nurses, and social workers.

The States number crunchers said that compared to the same time last year, the total number of people with no work and with some work has decreased slightly.
However, a higher number have no work at all. It's said that this may be as a result of the scarcity of casual work at this time - a situation which often improves seasonally such as during the summer and in the run up to Christmas.
The number of new claims for employment and income-related benefits also increased during September, with 38 new claims made, compared with 29 in the previous month.
Aside from jobseekers, the umber of people on training schemes and placements run through the Job Centre aimed at supporting people into employment reached 55 in September. These schemes include Work to Benefit, Kickstart and placements within the third sector.
