Police are investigating reports that a man was assaulted in Folies on the first night that lockdown restrictions were lifted.
Officers say a man was assaulted in Folies D'Amour between 22:20 on Monday and 00:30 the following morning. He is reported to have sustained "facial injuries".
"The assault took place in one of the booths between the main entrance and the downstairs bar," said a spokesman for Guernsey Police.
"Any witnesses or members of the public with information regarding this incident are asked to contact PC 175 Clarke on 222 222 or to contact CrimeStoppers on 0800 555 111."
