A Guernsey based charity which helps victims of natural disasters and refugees is joining forces with a new local business for a Christmas fundraiser this weekend.
Bridge2, run by Sarah Griffith, has previously helped people in countries such as Sri Lanka and Haiti, after devastating tsunamis and earthquakes caused widespread damage and fatal injuries.
Most recently Ms Griffith travelled to Samos in Greece to volunteer at a refugee camp. She took two staff from Rihoy and Son with her, so they could lend their carpentry skills to the relief effort.

To fundraise to pay for future work Bridge2 is hosting a fundraising sale this weekend, at Ms Griffith's home in Gibauderie.
The charity will be selling 'eco wrapping paper & artisan gifts' which have been sourced in the various countries the charity runs projects in.
She's also invited Sarah Allisette, who has launched a new Bali inspired business 'The Wanderlust Collection' to join her in selling gifts between 12:00 and 18:00 on Saturday 23 November and also between 11:00 and 16:00 on Sunday 24 November.
Ms Griffith says there will also be cake, tea, coffee and bubbles at her home, Le Petit Menage, a yellow property which is four properties down on the left hand side if you come from Rocquettes Lane.
