Guernsey Police are appealing for witnesses after a male was attacked outside Amherst Primary School.
It happened sometime between 14:00 and 14:15 on Thursday 1 August.
The person who was attacked ended up on the ground.
Police are particularly interested to speak with the people driving a white van which is believed to have driven along Maurepas Road at the time of the incident, continuing in the direction of Rouge Rue.
