  We have a great opportunity for a Senior Corporate Accountant, working for a fund and corporate services company. The purpose of this position is to assist with the day-to-day accounting of a variety of entities listed on the London Stock Exchange and the International Stock Exchange under the direction of a Financial Reporting Manager.   Key responsibilities: Review of day-to-day bookkeeping prepared by junior staff Preparation of quarterly Net Asset Value calculations, interim and annual financial statements Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting, such as AIFMD Liaise with third parties, including boards of directors, investment managers, auditors and other service providers Deal with audit queries Assist with training of Trainee Accountants and Corporate Accountants     More information about the role is available upon request contact the team today for further details.
