Exciting opportunities await! As a Contact Centre Customer Services and Reservations Agent, you will play a pivotal role in handling customer reservations and providing superior customer service. Duties will include assisting customers with booking/changing/cancelling reservations, processing payments/refunds and assisting customers with special requests such as wheelchair booking. Proven customer service experience is essential for this role, together with strong phone contact and customer handling skills. This role can be Guernsey or Alderney based with the possibility of hybrid working available.
