University of London commends Institute of Law, Jersey on their exam results

MEDIA RELEASE: The views expressed in this article are those of the author and not Bailiwick Express, and the text is reproduced exactly as supplied to us

The Institute of Law is proud to announce that the University of London has awarded us with a Letter of Commendation for our exceptional performance in examinations for the LL.B programme.

Our overall marks are extremely high, and often as much as fifty per cent higher than those of equivalent University of London affiliated institutions—in some cases our pass rate is double the average. Some of our students scored some of the highest marks in the world and several received individual prizes for their results from the University of London.

“We are extremely proud of this fresh confirmation of our students’ success, building on previous excellent exam results. This, together with our students’ success in international competitions, such as winning the UK’s National Mediation Competition 2015, demonstrates the quality of our academic courses. We believe a major factor in our students’ success is the high quality small-group teaching model which we use for all our courses, where many classes are capped at fifteen students. It’s also significant that our academic staff are leading experts in their fields,” said Deputy Director Claire de Than.

We are still accepting applications for September 2016 or January 2017, so if you are interested in applying to study with us, our application forms are available on our website.
