The Freedom Media event raised thousands for Jersey Cheshire Home and Luke’s House in India. The 22 contestants all did an amazing job worked tirelessly for 15 hours in the Hotel de France kitchen to serve a 3-course fine dining menu for 150 guests. TV Celebrity Chef John Torode hosted the evening.

Jon McCulloch, Sure Group Enterprise Sales Director Jersey commented: “It was fantastic to lead the Red Team to victory on Saturday night with Giorgina Marzana from Sure. It was an amazing experience and it was an honor to work with such a great bunch of people, learn from such talented Chefs and meet John Torode. We raised thousands for two very worthwhile causes and everyone had a great meal. After a 15-hour day cooking in the kitchen I have a new perspective on what it like behind the scenes in a restaurant. I shall be sticking to my day job but I am delighted to have had the opportunity!”
