Rowlands, a leading Jersey recruitment agency, celebrate 40 years of helping islanders land their dream job.
Rowlands have played a key role in Jersey’s recruitment market since 1975, expanding from a specialisation in the finance sector to working with a cross-section of the Island’s industries. The company has also branched out from recruitment-focussed work to providing extensive HR support to their clients.
The organisation has seen significant shifts in the Jersey job scene over the past 10 years especially. The job hunt and recruitment processes have been revolutionised by the dawn of social media and a boom in different career choices, alongside an increasingly formalised recruitment process focussed more heavily on qualifications and academic results.
Rowlands have a strong presence on the Jersey job scene, and are currently supporting an average of 1500 active candidates who have access to vacancies from almost 500 employers.
