Chris Clark, IoD Jersey branch Chairman, said: "These are challenging times for Jersey, and if we are to reach our potential and enjoy a positive future, strong leadership is absolutely vital. We are lucky to have some excellent leaders in the island and with the deadline to our Awards now fast approaching, I would encourage anyone who places value on good leadership to think about nominating someone they know who has made a difference through their ability and hard work.”
Michael Cushing, Jersey Managing Partner of Gold sponsor Appleby, added: “The credibility of the Jersey Director of the Year Awards is what makes them such a key feature of our local business calendar, and I am delighted to see another strong panel of judges for the Awards this year. Appleby is keen to support and encourage strong leadership in our local community and I am pleased that we are able to continue our association with such an important initiative, which recognises and celebrates excellence across all sectors.”
