Nine change management specialists from Greenlight have become the first consultants in the Channel Islands to become certified PRINCE2 Agile practitioners.
PRINCE2 Agile is the world’s most complete agile project management solution, combining the flexibility and responsiveness of agile with the clearly defined framework of PRINCE2.
Change management is a growing speciality, with Channel Island businesses facing a wide range of challenges as they adapt to new regulations, changing consumer demand, and competition from innovative disruptors.
