Clameur Du Cinéma is screening the Lee Evans comedy Funny Bones this week.

Funny Bones, showing at Guernsey Museum on 7 December, is a heartfelt tribute to comedy, English eccentricity and Blackpool.

Directed by Peter Chelsom, the film stars Lee Evans, Jerry Lewis and Oliver Platt.

It tells the story of a struggling American stand-up, the son of a comedy superstar, who travels to England to buy an act.

Wynter Tyson, the founder of Clameur Du Cinéma, said: “2022 has been a great year for cinema and it’s a pleasure to finish it with two very different comedies from two very distinctive filmmakers.”

Event Details:

Funny Bones (15) is being screened at 7.30pm, Wednesday 7 December at Guernsey Museum.

Tickets are flexibly priced at £7, £5 or £10 (you choose). Tickets can be booked via www.cdcgsy.com.
