Guernsey artist Toni de Kooker is offering custom acrylic and watercolour paintings of your pets, or animal of choice including but not limited to dogs, cats, horses and rodents!

Toni is an animal lover, owning four Bengal cats and a German Shepherd cross Siberian Husky dog. The Guernsey SPCA is a charity close to her heart, having adopted 4 cats from the shelter during her childhood. Toni is passionate about animal welfare and the protection of wildlife:

“The Guernsey SPCA takes in animals when they are in need of love most, and provide valuable support to pet owners where there is nowhere else to turn” said Toni, “It’s important that we, as a community, continue to support such an organisation which not only saves animals but ensures conservation of wildlife and wider awareness of animal welfare”.

Toni has been donating 25% of her commissions directly to the Guernsey SPCA and they recently received a fabulous donation of £124.

Prices start as follows for typical sizes, which may vary depending on detail:

A4 (21cm x 29.7cm) - £150
A3 (29.7cm x 42cm) - £200
A2 (42cm x 59.4cm) - £275
A1 (59.4 x 84.1cm) - £350

Multiple pets on one canvas are 50% extra. For example: a cat and a dog on an A3 canvas would be £300, £75 of this commission would be donated to the Guernsey SPCA.

Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager “Toni is certainly very talented and it is wonderful that she is supporting the GSPCA by donating from each of the custom paintings she does.”

“If it wasn’t for incredibly kind supporters like Toni we couldn’t do so much at the GSPCA for the 1000’s of animals we help each year.”

“We just received an incredible donation of £124 from Toni and with Christmas fast approaching its an ideal time to get a portrait done as a gift.”

“With over 100 hedgehogs, 4 seal pups, dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, fish, reptiles and many birds we help over 3000 animals through the doors every year.”

“If you would like to support our Amazon Wish List and see lists of items that we use every day and things that we are appealing for.”

“If would like to help with wish list items you can call us on 01481 25721 or email or the easy way to see many items we are in need is by going to our Amazon Wish List”

“We do promote buying items locally but shopping online can help raise funds at the same time as if you select the GSPCA through easy fundraising part of the amount through 1000’s of online retailers comes back to the GSPCA and it has raised over £2500.”

“To sign up to do this please visit”

“Sadly Amazon Smile doesn’t allow Guernsey charities to sign up but you can go through easy fund raising to achieve the same donation.”

“As mentioned you can always chose to donate via local stores and the Amazon Wish List is a shop front showing some of the items we need but there are many others and we have published these on our Wish List page”

“A gift of a tiny bowl costing less than a £1 to a £600 intensive care unit, every donation is hugely appreciated and really makes the team smile that there are those that care and want to support our work.”

“Another amazing way to support our work is by just a couple of pounds each month can make a massive difference in helping the animals in our care and to find out more please go to”

“To make a donation you can go to”
