ADAM COLE CALLED TO THE GUERNSEY BAR

The partners at Appleby are pleased to offer their congratulations to Adam Cole who was sworn as Advocate of the Royal Court on 23 June 2014. Adam is the first lawyer in the Guernsey office to complete the qualification process to the Guernsey Bar since the office opened in 2010.

Adam works in the Litigation and Insolvency Group of Appleby in Guernsey and practices all aspects of commercial litigation, contentious insolvency and contentious trust issues. He has experience of cases involving banking and investment funds, commercial property, regulatory issues and administration. Prior to joining Appleby, Adam worked for CMS Cameron McKenna in London. Whilst with CMS Cameron McKenna he was seconded to a major global insurance underwriter and also spent time working in the firm's Prague office. He graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2001 and was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2008.
