Ogier has been recognised in the top 30 firms leading on restructuring and insolvency in the annual Global Restructuring Review (GRR).
The GRR is a news service focusing on insolvency law and each year lists the top firms nationally.
Ogier has welcomed the news and said its global Restructuring and Corporate Recovery team is well placed for 2022 when it expects to see an increase in insolvencies and restructuring around the world.
"Our expertise extends to all aspects of restructurings from consensual workouts to contentious schemes of arrangement,” said Matthew Newman (pictured), a restructuring and insolvency specialist at Ogier.
“The close working relationship between our contentious and non-contentious teams across all of our jurisdictions means we are ideally placed to advise in the most difficult and unpredictable of distressed situations.
