ESI Monitor has been awarded a national energy award at the Austrian Trade Commission for one of its software platforms that help firms track sustainability initiatives.

The Energy Globe Award attracts over 2,000 project submissions annually from more than 170 nations and are a highly respected honour in the environmental sector.

The award was accepted by ESI Monitor’s Head of Sustainability, Fred Betley and Chief Technology Officer, Mohit Chaudhary, for their platform FutureTracker.

It’s an organisational sustainability platform that enables businesses of all sectors and sizes to manage and improve their impact on the world.

The firm says the win serves as encouragement for organisations striving to enhance their sustainability practices and with the right support and tools, significant strides can be made in contributing to a more sustainable future.

Commenting on the win, Mr Betley said: "It’s a testament to our team's hard work and dedication to sustainability. We believe in making sustainability achievable and practical for all organisations and this award encourages us to continue our efforts in helping businesses understand and reduce their environmental impact."

The Award has historically been presented by prominent figures such as Mikhail Gorbachov and Justin Trudeau, and is supported by prestigious partners including the Austrian Chamber of Commerce's international offices and the UN Industrial Development Organisation.
