Most recently Mr Overstall was responsible for leading the digital agenda for Barclays bank in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Chris Ash, Managing Director of C5 Alliance in Guernsey, said in his new role, Mr Overstall will focus on building relationships with C5’s client’s particularly in the Managed Services space.
