Savills Guernsey welcomes new team member

Savills Guernsey has grown its residential sales team with the appointment of a new Sales Consultant.

Ms Fox-Pegg joined the team from another local estate agency, where she worked as a Sales Negotiator for five years.

She moved to Guernsey 16 years ago with her family and, after attending Blanchelande Girls’ College, has worked on the island ever since. Ms Fox-Pegg’s family in the UK and France are involved in the building industry so she grew up with a passion for property.

“I am thrilled to have joined such a prestigious firm," she commented. "I look forward to being part of the experienced and established team of property professionals and providing an excellent service to our clients. 

“We have been very lucky in the way Guernsey has come through the most difficult and testing of times in recent months. This is reflected in the current local market, where sales continue to complete in large numbers despite the impact of covid-19.

"Not only are local people motivated to move house or take a step up the property ladder, Guernsey’s handling of the coronavirus crisis is likely to attract increased interest from overseas buyers too.”
