Promotions and appointments at TISE

Thursday 11 January 2024

The International Stock Exchange (TISE) has made several promotions and a new appointment at the outset of 2024, as it follows its 25th anniversary celebrations last year.

As of 1 January, Nick Jenkins has been appointed Chief Technology Officer, Vaughn Botes has been promoted to Senior Private Markets Executive and Simon Bradley has been promoted to Analyst in Guernsey, while Jersey-based Claire Totty has been promoted to Senior Markets Analyst.

Cees Vermaas, CEO at TISE, said: “These promotions are richly deserved and reflect the significant progression and unwavering commitment of Claire, Vaughn and Simon within their roles last year. I am also delighted to welcome Nick into his new role as he brings significant experience of building and managing teams across the technology stack and his strategic leadership will be hugely valuable as we overhaul our operating model to embrace emerging technologies.”

Mr Vermaas said that last year, celebrating its 25th anniversary year, TISE had its fourth best year ever with some 850 new listings on its public market.

“The dedication and expertise of the team has been the foundation for the development of the business during the last few years and these promotions and appointment reflect our continued commitment to deliver diversification and growth. This is a hugely exciting time for the organisation, and I look forward to working with the whole team as we aim to achieve more milestones and further successes during 2024.”
